What are the challenges?
We want everyone to take part in this challenge, therefore there are options for all ages.
Children
Complete a 30 min walk every day for 1 week or complete or 15,000 steps each day or a mixture of it at home
10 supermans each day every day for 1 week
30 Squats (2 sets of 15 each) every day for 1 week
Adults
Complete a 30 min walk every day for 1 week or complete 20,000 steps each day or a mixture of it at home
2×10 supermans every day for 1 week
2×10 squats every day for 1 week
Planks 30 seconds x 3 every day for 1 week
2 sets of 10 sit ups every day for 1 week
10 Pushups each day
Extreme Challenge
Complete a 30 min run every day for 1 week or complete 25,000 steps every day for 1 week
2×30 supermans every day for 1 week
2×30 squats every day for 1 week
Planks 1 min x 3 every day for 1 week
2 sets of 30 sit ups every day for 1 week
25 Pushups every day for 1 week
Group Challenge (min 5 people)
Organise a group challenge of your choice such as hiking or 10k group walk or any other challenge of your choice.
Plus any 2 of the following for the group
2×10 supermans every day for 1 week
2×10 squats every day for 1 week
Planks 30 seconds x 3 every day for 1 week
2 sets of 10 sit ups every day for 1 week
10 Pushups each day
