Sara Naveed’s 10k Run For Malawi Children

£3,060 of £3,000 raised

Thank you for your interest in supporting me. Insha-Allah I will be doing a 10k run challenge on Saturday 28th May in Lake District to raise funds in aid of Education Sponsorship for Children in Malawi

My target is to raise £3000 which will sponsor approximately 50 children for one year.

Approximately 43% of children aged 0-17 years in Malawi are both multi-dimensionally and monetary poor. Also 85% of children between 15 and 17 years are deprived in education.

I believe every child deserves access to quality Education. Knowledge is indestructible and Education is Transformative. Education transforms lives. World Care Foundation works in some of the world’s poorest regions to give every child access to free education.

Education is at the heart of development and is the key to breaking the poverty cycle, improving health, nutrition, income and opportunities for all children. Our mission is to lift Orphans and Vulnerable Children in Africa out of poverty. We provide them with access to education and support.

Yet every day, millions of children don’t attend schools. Without the opportunity to learn, children can’t develop to their full potential. They’re more likely to be trapped in cycles of poverty.

Charity is a key part of Ramadan and is obligatory to all able Muslims. The contributions we receive are used to provide a better life for those in need and giving during the month of Ramadan ensures you can reap the greatest rewards whilst simultaneously helping Children. please share across your friends and family.

Many thanks in advanced.
