How to pre-book:

1. Click on the “book now” button below
2. Choose your Time Slot from the drop-down menu
3. Select the Number of Individuals from the drop-down menu
4. Complete your purchase by proceeding to checkout

NOTE: Bookings online are for a Family of 4. For any additional bookings, a charge of £1 per each individual will be charged on the day (eg. Family of 5 = £6, Family of 6 = £7, Family of 7 = £8 etc).

Advisory Rules

• Pre-booking will strictly be on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once all the pre-booked slots have been booked, there will be no more pre-bookings taken.
• Arrive within your dedicated time slot – please don’t be late. Anyone that misses their time slot will not have chance to meet & greet at a later time.
• Say Cheese! When it’s your turn, hand over your phone to our dedicated volunteer and they will take your pictures for you. All pictures to be a group photo with the mascots (no individual photos)
• For the ease and safety of all attendees please respect the one-way queue management system. Once you have had your group photo taken, please carry on moving so that the next group and flow of the queue can carry on smoothly.

Omar & Hana memorabilia, souvenirs and products will be available to purchase on the day at a separate table within the same marquee area.
