Dear brother and sisters, we are reaching out to you to request for your generous donations to help with the upkeep of Livingston Central Mosque – Craigshill during the ongoing pandemic. COVID has affected us all in many different ways, especially our mosque with Friday Jummah and daily prayers being suspended until further notice. During this tough time, your mosque needs you even more for its continuous running and maintenance.

Alone we can do so little; together, we can do so much. Donating is an excellent opportunity to earn reward (‘Sadaqah Jariya’) for you and your  family. We request for your regular donations to help contribute towards the daily running of the mosque.

APPEAL FOR MASJID NŨR

In Malawi, rural communities severely lack proper Masjids and qualified Imams.

Some have to walk very long distances to reach a masjid, if they can, whilst others pray in temporary setups including structures made from tree leaves.

A qualified Imam will be hired from the city to be part of the community. This will be his residence as travelling regularly from the City to rural areas is not possible.

A house in the community will give the Imam a quick and an easy access to lead prayers 5 times a day for as well as provide Islamic Studies classes for the children and adults.

You can help and provide an adequate praying and learning facility by making a masjid for a community which will benefit  many generations to come.

Fountain of Life Orphanage Lebanon.

Al-Ḥamdu lillāh we have been honoured and blessed to officially open our own orphanage “Fountain Of Life” in Lebanon.
The orphanage houses 35 orphans and 11 widows.

Alhamdulillah we have been involved in the process of securing the building, providing housing, clothing, healthy meals, education, medical care and emotional support.

We would like our family and friends to also have a chance to participate in this noble and worthy cause to help us reach our remaining goal of £15k

Mujjy’s Marathon Run for Lebanon

Salaam, hope you are all well.

The shock explosion which ripped through Beirut this week plunged the city into an unimaginable humanitarian crisis with at least 150 people killed, more than 5,000 injured and 300,000 left homeless. Caused by the ignition of 2,700 tonnes of ammonium nitrate, the explosion wreaked up to $5billion worth of damage, with buildings flattened and windows shattered for miles around.

For this reason, I’m running a Full Marathon on 27th September, in order to raise funds and awareness for the people of Lebanon. In order to do this I require your help and support.

All funds donated will be going to the World Care Foundation, who are running an Emergency Appeal for Lebanon.

The situation is unbearably bleak, so the World Care Foundation has put an emergency plan into place that focuses on the following:

A) Establishing temporary reception centre that provides temporary accommodation

B) Provide food baskets/items and meals for the affected people

C) Providing medical help where needed

D) Providing material assistance to the affected families to help them repair their homes and provide their basic needs

Please donate as much or as a little as you can in order to help, every donation will provide valuable help in ways which we could not imagine. Please also share this page with family and friends in order to make them aware of the crisis and fundraising.
