Charity Bake Off Challenge & Family Funday

COMPETE OR COME ALONG FOR FUN!

World Care Foundation is bringing A Bake Off Challenge to Glasgow this June in Aid of the Refugee Families in Lebanon.

The event will take palace at the River Palace 41 Tradeston Street Glasgow G58BH

Syria has been in a state of war for several years causing severe displacements and crisis. They are literally trying to just survive. Our pledge is to help those suffering by providing needs such as shelter, food, medicine, etc based in Lebanon.

We invite you to take part in the competition or just come along with family and see other participants compete in different categories and have a great family day out.

In addition to the exciting Bake Off Challenge; there will be loads of other activities including food stalls, toy stalls, bouncy castle and much more.

It will be a day full of activities, a day out for the family.

THE CHALLENGE

You can take part for free in one of the different participant categories (details below), bake at home and bring your dish along to the competition on Saturday 15th of June.

Anyone can take part in the competition as long they are not a professional baker. Individual small bakers that operate from home can take part.

The categories are:

The Children: Ages 10 and below

Teenagers: Ages 10-16

Adults: Ages 17 and over

The Bake-off Challenge will be judged by well-known local chefs and celebrities plus there is an opportunity for a member of the public to become one of the judges!

You can also join the judges’ panel, so if you think you have the know how to be a Mary Berry or a Paul Hollywood. Share the BAKE OFF CHALLENGE poster on Facebook, tag World Care Foundation and email us; we will then enter you into the draw for becoming a judge at the event.
